OUR STORY

A true German Texan farming family making delicious sustainable food since 1970.

Bradley Ottmers

Marion Ottmers, better known as Oma, was born and raised as the youngest child of a Texas German farming family near Luckenbach, TX. She is a mother of five, a grandmother of five and a great-grandmother of one so far! She is up with the sun and works till the chickens are back to bed. Chances are, it was Oma's hands that collected your eggs.

J.W. Ottmers was born in Blanco and raised near Albert, TX as the youngest of the Ottmers family clan. He grew up on their family farm speaking only German until he started first grade. In 1970 he purchased his current farm and has been blowing and going ever since. A joker through and through... his photo is proof of his light hearted personality.

Bradley Ottmers is the youngest of Oma and Opa's five children. He was born and raised on this land learning how to drive his first tractor at age 5 and beginning his farmers market sales career at age 13. After his own adventures and varied experiences, he has returned to continue the tradition of farming and couldn't imagine anything better.
